Healing through attunement.

Integrative and Relational Psychodynamic approach to Psychiatric care.

While I have experience treating a broad spectrum of psychiatric conditions—including depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, and ADHD—I view each patient as a whole person through a compassionate lens. By incorporating integrative approach to psychiatric care, not only are we able to utilize other modalities such as mindfulness and nutritional supplement to alleviate your symptoms but also we will gain a helpful perspective into how other aspects, such as your physical illness like chronic pain, affect your mental health.

I understand that seeking help isn’t always easy. You might feel hesitant due to conflict with cultural or religious beliefs, past negative experiences in mental health care, uncertainty about whether your concerns "deserve" attention, or even fear that voicing them will feel overwhelming. In our work together, I prioritize creating a safe, collaborative space where we can gently unpack these emotions—whether they arise in your daily life or during our sessions. Through psychodynamic insight and attuned listening, my goal is to help you navigate these challenges with greater clarity and resilience.

Medication

After a complete psychiatric evaluation, we will discuss all of the treatment options. If medication will be beneficial, we will discuss in detail including addressing your concerns and how we should approach them. If you are already on a medication and have concerns about them, we can explore the option of decreasing, tapering off or alternatives as well.

Integrative Psychiatry

Integrative approach to psychiatric care emphasized looking at the whole picture. We will discuss evidence-based modalities that could be utilized as a primary treatment or complementary to optimize your care. These include, but not limited to, mindfulness, nutraceutical, lifestyle changes such as sleep, diet or physical activity.

Psychotherapy

I incorporate different approaches to psychotherapy with greater emphasis on psychodynamic psychotherapy, which can be an incredibly deep and meaningful work with long-lasting and life-changing impact. However, without more familiarity to this approach, this might sound intimidating for some, therefore, I encourage you to read more in this blog.

If you have a therapist you are already working with, I can collaborate with them as well.
